This past few days has been packed, fun filled, and tiring. Exams officially ended on the 24th of June.
The day itself, was Urban Life's combined meeting in Clayton. A huge congregation of over 50 people, and having Ps Matt Fielder giving the word was a really good end to the semester, or rather the start of holiday.
Most of us had OCF (Overseas Christian Fellowship) winter camp next on the list on the 26th to the 28th. It was an enlightening and empowering camp with the theme "The Pursuit", being soundly named and invented. Had much fun in the camp, where i got to know most of the OCF'ers better.
On the 29th, we had a farewell party for a few UL members that are flying back to Melbourne. We had our party in one of the UL's place and it was really,...really...noisy...
It was a Sunday, and i remember vividly waking up at 8p.m that day. Missed church, and nearly missing the party. TEEHEEHEE
Made a trip to Mount Dandenong on the 30th, had Pie IN ThE SKY with my OCF Cell group. That was one of the occasions where they started to spam their camera's. *CLiCk, *pOse*, *CliCk*..OH LORDD
Housemates and I had a day of DOTA on the 1st of JULY. We started playing at 8 a.m, ended at about 3 a.m. TEEHEEHEE
Could barely wake up for shopping the next day. But in all honesty, shopping is the best antidote to a drowsy day.
Well, 3 of my housemates are leaving, exchange students that are restricted to being here for just a year. 3 girls. 3 with additional PR's (Permanent Resident). A 6 unit house, becoming a 9 unit house. With one of my friends taking over one of the room, there are 2 units left for taking. Sincerely, earnestly praying for 2 pretty girls to shift in. One's confirmed, and the other is still thinking.
I was really thinking of moving out next semester, but the comfort of my room is just too unbearable
I love "Bettina" street ...literally
